Staphylea colchica is an upright, deciduous shrub with panicles of fragrant, bell-shaped white flowers in spring, followed by bladder-like greenish-white fruit, hence the common name Ivory-flowered Bladdernut. Thick stems with pinnate, glossy green leaves thrive in almost all soil types. 3.5m (11′) tall and wide. Height & Spread: 3.5m (11′).
