Description
Acer palmatum ‘Extravaganza’
The ever-changing foliage of Acer palmatum ‘Extravaganza’ features stunning marbled patterning making it an unusual and very collectable variety. The leaves first emerge bright pinkish-red delivering an exhilarating splash of colour to kick off the spring after the winter doldrums. As they mature, they unveil streaky green and cream variation that becomes more marked as the summer progresses. Come autumn they develop fiery pink-red tones before falling. Acers are slow growing and make ideal specimens for small gardens and containers where they provide multiple seasons of interest. Height: 2m (6.5ft).
