Description
Agapanthus ‘Sweet Surprise’
African Blue Lilies are hardy, durable plants that require little care. From late June to August, Agapanthus ‘Sweet Surprise’ produces umbels of pale blue flowers. When fully opened, each bloom has a lovely star-shaped shape with a unique dark blue stripe down the centre of each petal. The rigid, vertical stems rise above clusters of linear, semi-evergreen foliage that provide good ground cover. With its structural blooms, this neat, compact variety is ideal for perking up patio containers and accentuating the front of perennial borders. It also works well as a cut flower! Height: 60cm (24). Spread: 50cm (20).
