Armeria maritima
Armeria maritima is a stunning Sea Pink, that flowers from May until September. It generates bundles of dome shaped blooms, that are a popping pink in colour, borne upon slender green stems. A fabulous addition to coastal, wildlife and alpine landscapes, this hardy perennial is much loved by pollinating insects and really adds some dimension and drama to lifeless spaces. It will enjoy direct sunlight to progress and will thrive to a height of 20cm, along with a spread of 30cm. A small little shrub, but with great impact!
