Barbarea ?Variegated Winter Cream? is an ornamental and edible perennial salad herb which is perfect for a potager plot. Producing attractive, evergreen rosettes of deep green leaves with eye-catching splashes of cream, and sprays of small yellow blooms appearing from April to June. The peppery leaves make a great alternative to watercress and, if protected, they can be harvested during the winter months. This variety will survive for many years and will self-seed to create plants, attracting plenty of honey bees. Height and Spread: 45cm (18?).
