Caryopteris x clandonensis ‘Grand Bleu’ is a French-bred variety. Like all Caryopteris, it is spectacular in late summer and autumn. This is when its intense blue flowers smother the tips of each stem. It is perfect for invigorating fading borders with a splash of late-season colour. Caryopteris x clandonensis ‘Grand Bleu’ has a lovely rounded habit. This makes it a nice deciduous shrub in mixed borders. The nectar-rich blooms attract pollinating insects. This makes it an excellent choice for wildlife habitats. Height and spread: 100cm (39).
