Cauliflower ‘Fioretto 75’ is a tasty alternative to regular cauliflower, with a more tender, crisp texture and sweet, nutty flavour. This stick-type cauliflower produces masses of small florets on long, slender stems. A versatile variety that is ideal for eating raw in salads and for roasting, pickling, stir-frying or gently steaming. ‘Fioretto 75’ compliments purple sprouting broccoli perfectly. A fast-growing hybrid that is ideal for growing in small spaces, shows excellent heat tolerance and only takes roughly 60-65 days to mature. Height: 45cm (18in). Spread: 60cm (24in).
