Cedrus atlantica is a tree from the pine family Pinaceae and is native to the Atlas Mountains of Morocco and Algeria. It is a large, evergreen conifer, when young it is conical but as it begins to grow and mature it broadens into a spreading tree. Space is required for this gorgeous specimen; this will allow it to grow to its full potential and be fully admired. It has silvery-blue needles and barrel shaped cones. Height 12m (39?3?) and spread 8m (26?2?).
