Chilli Pepper ‘Hungarian Black’
This Hungarian heirloom chilli has jalapeno-shaped fruits that are a stunning deep, deep purple, almost black colour, mildly hot and exceptionally flavoursome. These are borne nice, sturdy plants with very attractive and unusual purple flowers. Fruit ripens from green to black and then finally red. 1000 SHU black, 10,000 SHU red and ripe. Great to use whole in curries as they are not too hot. 2ft (60cm).
