Clerodendrum bungei is a hardy plant with dark green leaves. These leaves have a light scent that some gardeners associate with peanut butter, while others associate them with drains. It is a native of China and is commonly grown as an indoor plant in the UK, but it can be grown outside in a sheltered corner. In late summer and autumn, this unique and attractive suckering deciduous shrub produces small, sweet-scented, rose-pink flowers. Height & Spread: 2.5m (8′).
