Cotinus coggygria ‘Lilla’
This dwarf version of the popular variety Cotinus ‘Royal Purple’ is ideal for smaller gardens. Cotinus coggygria ‘Lilla’ is a small, rounded deciduous shrub that has all of the color and interest of its larger relatives. In the summer, frothy plumes of pink flowers rise above wine-red foliage. As autumn approaches, the oval leaves turn vivid orange, coral, and red. It is easy to grow, as are all smoke bushes, and makes a big impact in sunny borders. Height and spread: 120cm (48).
