Big, yellow fleshed and blue skinned fruits ready for harvest at the end of August, this medium sized Damson plum ?Merryweather? is acidic and juicy which lends itself well to making preserves and jams. Good resistance to silver leaf disease, ensuring healthier and better crops. Grafted onto a semi-dwarfing rootstock, to produce a compact, productive tree. Plum rootstocks: VVA1 – Semi dwarf reaching a mature height of up to 2.5m (8′) St. Julien – Semi vigorous reaching a mature height of up to 4.5m (14′) This variety is self-fertile and does not require a pollination partner.
