Dryopteris kuratae
Native to East Asia, Dryopteris kuratae is a large, hardy evergreen fern that provides superb foliage colour and texture throughout the year. Distinguished by their black scales, the coiled crosiers unfurl to reveal glossy green fronds with toothed edges. An easy-to-grow fern which is hardy down to -20C. Height: 60 – 80 cm (24-31in). Spread: 60 cm (24in).
