Edgeworthia chrysantha ‘Grandiflora’ is highly prized and is an eye-catching specimen shrub for exotic gardens and gloomy woodland borders. This deciduous, spreading shrub benefits from a shaded setting to prevent frost damage to the blossoms, even though it is resilient to temperatures like -5C (23F). Its silky white buds glisten in the wintertime sun until beautiful canary yellow blossoms are revealed. From February to April, the Paper Bush’s beautiful show of fragrant blooms adorns the tips of its barren stalks. Height and spread: 150cm (59).
