Eryngium Blue Steel Eryngium Blue Steel flowers from July until September, it creates stunning cones of small blue blooms that are surrounded by a sharp, electric blue collar. It is ideal for hot and dry conditions, in particular coastal locations ? however, it would still sit well in a cottage, wildlife or cut flower garden. Sea holly is great for filling those hard-to-get-to gaps in your garden and for spicing up dull flower beds. Eryngium Blue Steel enjoys growing in a sunny spot and will develop in height to 90cm along with a 45cm spread.
