Double flowers unfurl from long, roselike buds to reveal layer upon layer of pale pink ruffles. With a gentle cascading habit, this lovely half-hardy fuchsia makes a spectacular summer display in hanging baskets, and containers. Height: 25cm (10). Spread: 30cm (12).
