Description
Geranium phaeum ‘Joseph Green’
This amazing hardy Geranium phaeum boasts elegant double blooms which are unusual for this variety. In late spring, loose clusters of small, dusky purple flowers with vivid green centre tufts will burst into colour from tall stems, above mounds of deeply-lobed foliage. Geranium phaeum ?Joseph Green? is ideal for shaded borders and will look wonderful planted amongst other shade-loving perennials that will bloom around the same time, such as Aquilegia, Dicentra and Astrantia. The deeply-lobed foliage will create eye-catching, weed-suppressing ground cover. A perfect choice for cottage gardens. Height: 90cm (36in) Spread: 45cm (18in).
