Golden Privet (Hedging)
As a variegated hedge, golden privet provides lots of bright colour, through its bright green/golden foliage. While Ligustrum are usually evergreen plants, staying in leaf through winter, severe cold temperatures can cause them to drop some or all of their leaves. This is a natural reaction and causes no permanent damage even when specimens lose all their leaves. New growth comes back quickly in spring.
