Bred in Finland, this superb variety is exceptionally hardy. Gooseberry ?Hinnonmaki Green? is a vigorous variety with good disease resistance, even to mildew. The fruits are plump and borne in abundance with a delicious flavour. Harvest them from July and enjoy them fresh, or cooked in tarts and preserves. With a neat and compact habit, this self-fertile fruit bush is ideal for those with smaller gardens or where space is at a premium. Height and spread: 120cm (48).
