Description
Hibiscus syriacus ‘Woodbridge’
This RHS AGM winning, deciduous shrub blooms when others are tired, with large, trumpet-shaped deep-pink flowers 8cm (3in) across with red centers from late summer to mid-autumn. The upright branches bear attractive, three lobed, dark-green leaves that give the plant an exotic feel, but it is equally at home in a herbaceous border as it is in a tropical-style garden. We recommend planting Hibiscus syriacus ‘Woodbridge’ in full sun and hoping for a long hot summer to increase flower yield! Height & Spread: 2.5m (8′).
