Description
Hypericum x dummeri ‘Peter Dummer’
Dummeri Hypericum The bushy, rounded habit of ‘Peter Dummer’ sits neatly toward the front of the borders. From July to September, golden, saucer-shaped blooms with pretty orange anthers will brighten your garden. As autumn approaches, the flowers are replaced by attractive red-tinged, conical fruits. This lovely St. John’s Wort has arching red stems that are cloaked in semi-evergreen foliage that turns red during the cold winter months. This is a fantastic, low-maintenance shrub that thrives in most situations, including those tricky dry spots in the garden. Height and spread: 60cm (24).
