Kiwi ‘Issai’ is a sturdy, robust Kiwi that is self-fertile. This makes it ideal for a small garden with only one plant. In summer, this attractive climber has mid-green foliage and groups of delightfully scented, cup-shaped, tiny white flowers. In September, the tasty oval fruits can be harvested. This easy-to-grow climber will look lovely on a trellis, arch, or pergola in a sunny location or on a south-facing wall. Unlike other varieties, it is known for its prolific yields and almost hairless, sugary fruits. Height: 6m (20′) Spread: 4m (13′).
