Lagerstroemia indica ‘Rhapsody In Pink’ makes a fine specimen for a sheltered sunny border or exotic garden. The showy pink blooms are borne in profusion from June right through to September. With a delicate, crimped appearance, the flowers create a fabulous pink cloud effect from a distance. Peeling bark and golden- orange autumn foliage give this majestic Crepe Myrtle yet more seasonal interest. Although reasonably hardy once established, Crepe Myrtle enjoys a hot sheltered position and is best grown against a south facing wall or as a specimen plant in the conservatory. Height: 4m (13′).
