Lamium maculatum ‘Beacon Silver’
A very handy hardy perennial, this dead-nettle is sturdy and resilient and will be happy in a shaded spot in almost any soil type. Lamium maculatum ?Beacon Silver? has a low spreading habit of purple and green, sharply-toothed foliage with an attractive shimmer. Clusters of purple-pink blooms appear from late spring into summer which will be adored by bees. A drought tolerant variety once established and a staple for any woodland garden or wildlife area, as well as making excellent ground cover. Even better, it won’t sting! Height: 15cm (6). Spread: 60cm (24).
