Bay Laurel is an elegant, evergreen tree that not only looks stunning with it?s upright, leathery leaves forming a topiary style bush, topping the stiff, thick stem, but it?s foliage can be used in the kitchen for adding aroma and depth of flavour to any stews, sauces or slow cooked meats. Laurus nobilis can grow to a lofty height, but can easily be maintained to restrict it?s growth, making it a brilliantly interactive and rewarding patio container feature or as a border addition.
