Lilac ‘Josée’
Lilac ‘Josee’ is a resilient, deciduous shrub has a tidy, compact habit that is ideal for patio containers as well as planting in sunny borders and wildlife areas. The spreading branches are cloaked in attractive heart-shaped foliage that retains its brand presence throughout the season due to its exceptional resistance to mildew. In early summer, Lilac ‘Josee’ has reddish-pink buds that open to an outburst of pale lavender-pink blooms. The flowers are fragrant and colourful, filling the garden with scent and colour. The second flush of bloom may appear later in the summer if deadheaded regularly. Height and spread: 150cm (5′).
