This Mangave Collection will be sure to catch your eye! The striking silhouettes and bold colours of these interesting succulents create fleshy rosettes of spiky, evergreen foliage, each with soft spined edges. Mangaves are an eye-catching architectural plant that are hybrids of Manfreda and Agave- bringing together the best qualities of each variety. Mangaves are hardier than most agaves and can be grown outside all year round in areas with very mild winters such as coastal and city gardens, but like most tender perennials, will otherwise need to be brought into a frost-free greenhouse or conservatory over winter. Quick-growing, fuss-free and drought tolerant- this Mangave Collection will add a tropical touch to any patio container, sunny border or gravel garden. Height: 25cm (10in). Spread: 50cm (20in). Mangave Collection comprises the following varieties: Mangave ‘Silver Fox’ – extraordinary silvery colour which seems to glow. Mangave Moonglow – luminous silvery-blue rosettes scattered with contrasting dark purple flecks. Mangave ‘Mission to Mars’ – heavily blotched with burgundy until the leaves are almost totally red.
