Nepeta racemosa
This resilient perennial, like all Nepeta, is always buzzing with bees and has an odd effect on cats, who love its fragrant foliage. Nepeta racemosa, with its minimal spreading habit, makes an excellent ground cover and is ideal for smoothing the edges of paths and borders. This appealing catmint bears a vast array of violet-purple flower peaks that douse the mid-green leaves from June to September. Height: 30cm (12). Spread: 45cm (18).
