A prized French variety for well over 70 years for it?s incredibly flavoursome second early tuber crops, with a unique chestnut-like taste, that taste just as good eaten hot or cold. ?Ratte? will produce smooth and long white skinned tubers with waxy yellow flesh, that will hold during cooking, especially boiling.
