Prunus nipponica var. kurilensis ‘Ruby’ produces wonderful pale, pink-white blooms in March to April for peak spring colour. Foliage covers the stems with green leaves, that turn yellow and orange-red through autumn for superb seasonal displays. A very hardy variety of ornamental cherry, Prunus nipponica var. kurilensis ‘Ruby’ is ideal for small gardens due to its natural smaller height. Height and spread: 5m (16′).
