Prunus ‘Pandora’
This award-winning ornamental cherry is a small tree providing multiple seasons of interest. Prunus ?Pandora? grows into a graceful columnar to vase-like tree with ascending branches. In spring, the bare branches hold an abundance of deep pink buds which open to reveal single white blooms blushed with pale pink. Red-bronze leaves will follow the blooms, turning mid-green as they age. In autumn the foliage transforms to fiery shades of orange and red to deliver a spectacular display before they drop. Maximum height: 6-8m (20-26ft). Spread: 3-4m (10-13ft).
