Description
Pyrus salicifolia ‘Pendula’
Pyrus salicifolia ‘Pendula’ is a bushy, dense shrub that produces weeping branches, filled with silver-grey foliage and in April to May, creamy white blooms. Autumn brings tiny, green-brown fruits into sight, which birds will love and feast on through colder months. Foliage of Pyrus salicifolia ‘Pendula’ becomes bronze-green in autumn before fading and falling away for winter. Ideal as a specimen tree in small gardens. Height: 5m (15′). Spread: 4m (12′).
