Raspberry ‘Glen Ample’ (Summer fruiting)
Fruiting in the summer. A high-yielding, mid-season variety that produces a large crop between late June and late July. Five of the large, deep red berries can weigh up to 30gm (1oz). The tasty fruit keeps well without spoiling, and the spineless canes make picking easy. The large, succulent berries are delicious fresh or frozen. The Ministry of Agriculture inspected and certified all of our raspberries for pests and diseases. Before packing, the bare root plants are hand graded and carefully selected. 150cm in height (59). 50cm spread (20). Once planted, the estimated time to harvest is 16-20 months. Time to best yields is estimated to be 28-32 months.
