Rhododendron ‘Koster’s Brilliant Red’ produces numerous bunches of blazing, reddish-orange flowers in the spring, as the name suggests. The dense, spreading habit of this deciduous Azalea is appealing. These deciduous azaleas are a lovely accompaniment to a mixed ericaceous border, where they put on a show in both spring and autumn. After the blossoms, the mid-green leaves emerge, turning a blazing orange-red in the autumn. Height and spread: 160cm (62).
