Rhododendron ‘Ramapo’ is a sturdy cultivar that can withstand freezing weather and even full light. The mauve flowers bloom in April and are accompanied by lovely blue-green foliage that remains evergreen in the winter. Because of its heat tolerance, this rhododendron will thrive in sunny acid margins where other rhododendrons might struggle. This miniature hybrid was developed in the United States and has a clean, compact growth that develops into a spreading pile. Height: 75cm (30). Spread: 120cm (48).
