Rudbeckia occidentalis ‘Green Wizard’
An extra-ordinary perennial that contrasts sharply with the bright colors of other rudbeckias. The brilliant green sepals of Rudbeckia ‘Green Wizard’ surround a black center cone with no visible petals. This tall variety offers an intriguing fresh cut flower that lasts in water or can be used in dried arrangements in late summer, and it makes an interesting spectacle for the rear of borders. It is easy to cultivate, quickly grows to a good size with lots of lush green foliage, and is usually a conversation starter. Height: 120 cm (47). Spread: 60cm (24).
