Commonly known as Club-rush, Schoenoplectus lacustris is a versatile and attractive plant often chosen by landscapers for its ability to provide excellent cover for wildfowl. This native rush features slender, dark green, hollow stems topped with clusters of rich chocolate-brown flowers. A hardy perennial, it thrives when planted in large groups along the edges of lakes and large ponds, creating beautiful stands of rushes. Height: 200cm (78). Spread: 45cm (18).
