Description
Sedum ewersii var. homophyllum ‘Rosenteppich’
Sedum ewersii var. homophyllum ‘Rosenteppich’ is a low-growing, spreading perennial that is ideal for alpine troughs, rockeries, and dangling over low walls. In late summer, panicles of rosy-pink starry flowers are topped by small, fleshy, green-blue leaves that produce a dense mat of ground cover. It may remain evergreen in mild winters. It, like all stonecrops, attracts pollinating insects and is drought tolerant. Height: 10cm (4). Spread: 30cm (12).
