A sturdy and incredibly reliable perennial which produces compact clumps of woody stems covered in luscious green tooth-edged foliage. In the summer Solidago ?Cloth of Gold? boasts a mass of vertical panicles of very small, golden-yellow blooms from July to September which are adored by pollinating insects. This goldenrod will happily grow in all well-drained soil types and copes well with drought. Ideal for wildlife and cottage gardens as well as making a wonderful cut flower. Height & Spread: 50cm (20?).
