Description
Verbascum phlomoides ‘Banana Custard’
Sometimes grown as a biennial or short-lived perennial, Verbascum phlomoides ‘Banana Custard’ is a striking plant for the back of the border. From June to August, tall yellow flower spikes stand above low rosettes of grey-green leaves. Pollinating insects adore this stunning architectural plant, which is treasured for its summer blooms. Allow it to self-seed after flowering to assure a fresh crop of Mullein plants in the spring of the following year. Height: 180cm (71). Spread: 60cm (24).
